2. The Client acknowledges that this report does not constitute a valuation or appraisal and must not be presented or referred to as such.
3. Any disputes arising from this report shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka.
4. Clients are advised to verify the gemstone’s weight, size, and the presence of the original hologram and IUGJ seal before and after any transaction.
5. IUGJ shall not be held responsible for any dissimilarities and/or differences that may arise.
6. The analysis contained in this certificate is based on the specimen tested, examined to the best of our knowledge and ability within our laboratory.
7. The gemstone image printed in the IUGJ report is provided for reference only and may vary slightly in color, appearance, and size from the actual specimen.
